The Impact You’ll Make Danfoss is seeking a passionate and self‑driven Account Manager to drive sales in the Data Center market as part of our North America team. The role focuses on strengthening relationships, increasing share of wallet, securing new opportunities to meet sales growth targets, and delivering exceptional service. The successful candidate will articulate and communicate a clear plan that engages stakeholders to help lead our growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

Execute targeted sales growth aligned with overall Data Center strategy, focusing on identifying and closing net new wins.

Develop and maintain broad relationships across customers to connect key decision makers and critical departments that support specification and purchase of our products.

Adopt a value‑selling approach that supports Danfoss Power Solution goals of growth, revenue and strategic market positioning.

Utilize a professional sales process to uncover customer needs, handle objections/concerns, and determine appropriate solutions while claiming the DPS value for profitable growth.

Conduct periodic business reviews with customers and Danfoss leadership to recognize success, quantify opportunity, identify gaps and lead actions to improve.

Coordinate and partner with internal stakeholders (teammates, customer service, business units, design engineers, applications engineers, pricing, quality, etc.) to ensure high levels of support and communication to assigned customers.

Maintain accurate record‑keeping in CRM reports and ensure internal performance tracking.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, including 2–3 years in the data center market (liquid cooling experience is ideal).

Experience working in a global matrixed or otherwise complex environment.

Ability to work effectively remotely from home and report to a U.S.‑based supervisor.

Travel up to 50% domestic (regional); international travel may be required on an occasional basis.
