Computerized Maintenance Management Systems Administrator

Position Summary:
The CMMS Administrator at the Devens Massachusetts site will manage master data requests for the CMMS, ensuring data integrity and compliance with established service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain data integrity and align master data processes with the CMMS system.
Serve as primary gatekeeper of the master data change request lifecycle.
Execute change management requests in collaboration with stakeholders.
Provide data extracts for bulk data management requests.
Enforce data management request integrity, ensuring all required fields meet procedures.
Provide tag numbers for new assets upon request.
Review the data management queue and promptly escalates issues.
Qualifications & Experience
1‑3 years of experience with a CMMS that includes maintenance and calibration; Maximo experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma/Associate degree with equivalent work experience.
Experience in a GxP environment or equivalent knowledge of GxP requirements.
Basic knowledge of maintenance, operations, and engineering, typically from a related discipline.
Strong communication skills with stakeholders.
Ability to deliver results with minimal supervision.
Compensation Overview Devens, MA – $94,640 – $114,680 (annual salary)
