Desktop Support Technician
This role is a 7-month hybrid opportunity located in Phoenix, AZ. The primary point of contact for internal end-users, the Desktop Support Technician provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support, acting as the "face of IT" and delivering exceptional customer service while troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
Base Pay Range $30.00/hr - $35.00/hr

Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain end-user computing environments to ensure staff have the technical tools required to perform their duties.
Provide 100% hands-on technical and operational support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
Qualifications
Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining end-user computing environments.
Strong customer-service orientation and communication skills.
Ability to diagnose and resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical issues.
