Onset Technologies LLC
Onset Technologies is seeking a Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and support solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Pages. This role requires strong hands‑on experience in SaaS/PaaS environments, business process automation, application development, and collaboration within Agile teams.
Responsibilities
Analyze business processes, requirements, and system capabilities to develop scalable Power Platform solutions
Design and build Canvas and Model-Driven PowerApps using Dataverse, SharePoint, and other data sources
Develop and maintain Power Automate flows, Desktop flows, and Business Process flows
Configure Dataverse tables and manage data models
Develop and support Power Pages portals
Work within Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Admin Center
Create technical documentation and maintain platform governance best practices
Collaborate with functional, technical, and business stakeholders
Support Agile development practices including sprint planning and execution
Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing applications and automations
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in SaaS and/or PaaS environments
4+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform development
4+ years of experience with PowerApps (Canvas & Model‑Driven) and Power Automate
4+ years working with Dataverse, SharePoint, and backend data integrations
4+ years developing Power Automate Flows, Desktop Flows, and Business Process Flows
4+ years of experience with Power Pages portals
Experience with Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Admin Center
Preferred Skills
2+ years of experience working in Agile environments
Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and within cross‑functional teams
Experience with Power Platform mobile apps, Power Virtual Agents, and PowerApps portals
