The Transactions Coordinator role will provide support to the Acquisitions and Transactions Team throughout the deal lifecycle, with potential for growth within the team and the organization. The role includes organization, deal tracking, coordinating third party engagements, market and industry research and communications with internal teams across the organization. This position will be located in the Cincinnati, OH corporate headquarters office and will be an in‑office role. Local candidates only.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain acquisitions database for all potential opportunities, including creating and organizing deal folders, signing confidentiality agreements, downloading and distributing documents to the team, assisting with market research materials, and maintaining comp data for all opportunities in the database.

Create and distribute company-wide reports related to the acquisition and disposition pipelines and transaction results.

Provide support throughout the due diligence and closing process for acquisitions, including:

Request proposals, share documents, engage third parties (survey, zoning, ADA, roof, PCA, ESA, abstracts, tax analysis, estoppels, COIs) and follow up as necessary for delivery of documents, completing analyses for reports where necessary.

Audit executed estoppels to verify key information during the closing process.

Compile and audit information from sellers and third parties to be used by internal teams during due diligence and post‑closing, including information for FastField, MRI, and sign‑off/hand‑off memos.

Assist in managing the workflows for key dates and reminders throughout due diligence.

Attend several key meetings for acquisitions throughout the deal process.

Opportunity to attend site visits during due diligence after gaining experience.

Manage the post‑close file cleanup and archive to Record Center once a transaction closes and provide documents to internal groups for audit and upload when necessary.

Provide support throughout the due diligence and closing process for dispositions, including:

Organization of key documents for brokers and buyers into a data room.

Assist in answering broker and buyer questions, requiring communication with internal teams.

Assist in tracking estoppels and SNDA’s, requiring communication with tenants and internal teams.

Communicate with title to confirm deposits are received as required per the purchase contract.

Assist in managing the workflows for key dates and reminders throughout due diligence.

Ad‑hoc projects and deal involvement as time allows.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of work experience required; additional relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.

Prior commercial real estate experience preferred, including familiarity with reading and interpreting legal documents and tenant leases.

Must possess strong communication and analytical skills.

Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills.

High level of professionalism, confidentiality, discretion and judgment.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
