Senior, Alternatives Distribution and Client Services An excellent opportunity has opened within Macquarie Asset Management to partner with the fund management, compliance, legal and tax structuring teams to deliver client focused solutions. The team you will be joining provides oversight for the financial operations and accounting that supports the creation, distribution, and servicing of Alternative Investment products to our distribution partners.

While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 3 days a week in our office location.

What role will you play? As a Manager, Alternatives Distribution and Client Services, you will be a key part of the Fund Management team for Alternative Investment products. You will oversee the onboarding process for distributors, advisers and other external counterparties for our wealth platform, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties. You will track and respond to ongoing queries from distribution and adviser partners, and address any concerns, questions or operational challenges relating to onboarding and throughout the lifecycle of the relationship. You will be involved in a variety of regular and ad‑hoc reporting activities to clients and distributors.

Salary range for this position: $105,000 - $135,000 per year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.

What you offer

Bachelor’s Degree (Accounting or Finance preferred but not essential), plus 5+ years of related work experience

Experience in alternative financial services, private equity structures and/or open‑ended funds

Experience with investor or distributor onboarding and client services

Experience in funds registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940 and/or the Exchange Act of 1934 would be advantageous

Self‑motivated with the ability to work autonomously through complex structures in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and accustomed to working with a team, both in‑person and virtually

Ability to manage multiple deliverables and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
