Job Responsibilities
Operate all equipment and manage kitchen operations.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, wash stations, and cooler.
Prepare product and receive/process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete related paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility daily.
Use verbal and written communication to process orders over the phone and in person.
Accurately perform basic financial math and give correct change.
Enter orders on a computer or touch screen.
Navigate deliveries, read maps, and locate destinations within the designated area.
Training and Support Orientation and on‑the‑job training are provided to help you succeed.
Essential Skills
Basic math abilities (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
Write and speak clearly, especially over the phone.
Good coordination for handling orders quickly and precisely.
Computer and mobile device proficiency.
Excellent patient and navigational skills, including ability to traverse multi‑story buildings and accommodate adverse terrain.
Working Conditions Delivery personnel operate in varying weather conditions and temperatures ranging from 36°F to 90°F+.
Physical Requirements
Standing, walking, and occasional climbing are required.
May need to lift up to 50 pounds for deliveries.
