We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Senior Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing team. This role is designed for someone who lives for the courtroom, thrives in high‑stakes plaintiff work, and has a proven track record of securing favorable verdicts and meaningful settlements. Base Salary

$140,000 – $160,000 per year (flexible depending on experience and track record). Responsibilities & Qualifications

Handle a broad spectrum of serious injury cases (auto accidents, trucking, catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, etc.). Oversee case strategy from intake through trial. Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to business development. Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and admission to the Florida Bar. At least 10–15 years of plaintiff‑side personal injury litigation experience (defense experience only will not meet the needs). Significant trial experience: personally tried cases (jury or bench) and comfortable in the courtroom. Demonstrable track record of success in plaintiff personal injury matters: favorable settlements and verdicts, high‑quality representation of injured clients. Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills. Superior interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills; ability to manage complex cases and client expectations. Eagerness to generate and grow business, work collaboratively while also operating with autonomy. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume plaintiff practice environment.
