Price Cutter Reports directly to Liquor Assistant Manager and Liquor Manager. Job Objective
This entry-level job at store level assists the Liquor Manager in providing high quality products to customers in a clean, friendly environment. Major Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service. Greet and thank every customer. Assist with merchandising, preparation, conditioning, and stocking of product as well as general maintenance of the department. Ensure highest quality of product. Keep displays full and eye‑appealing. Monitor pricing and signage to maintain pricing integrity; report issues to Liquor or Store Director. Clean and maintain the department according to company standards, including sales floor and walk‑in cooler. Keep sales floor and prep areas clean to reduce potential accidents. Follow all safety guidelines. Comply with all company policies, including dress code and wearing name tag. Basic Functions And Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift 60 lb. boxes on occasion, and/or exert 25-60 lbs. of force frequently or 10-20 lbs. of force constantly while moving and handling materials and products. Must have dexterous use of both hands, stand and move about to various work stations, lift, carry, push and pull items towards areas of use, and use knives and other sharp instruments for food preparation or removing product from boxes. This is medium work requiring good corrected vision, hearing, lifting, carrying, stooping, kneeling, standing, reaching, pushing, pulling, and ability to work on floors that sometimes become slippery.
