Role Summary The Manager, Loyalty Inflight Engagement leads the employee engagement strategy for Atmos Rewards co‑brand credit card products, driving strategy, operations, and marketing to deepen engagement among employees, with a primary focus on the inflight team.

This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies that empower flight attendants and other employees to confidently represent the Atmos Rewards Visa Card program. Key responsibilities include managing field marketing initiatives, overseeing training and communication programs, and partnering closely with internal teams (Loyalty, Inflight, Airport Operations, Lounge) and external stakeholders (Bank of America, activation vendors) to deliver consistent results.

Success in this role will be measured by growth in Flight Attendant participation, seamless operational integration, and the clarity and impact of program reporting to leadership.

Key Duties

Lead team in establishing operational processes for program execution, including scheduling, incentive tracking, and compliance with Bank and internal marketing requirements with a 6‑12 month horizon.

Develop strategies to equip Flight Attendants with tools, training, and resources to confidently and effectively promote the program.

Establish and maintain KPI reporting for employee engagement, leveraging insights to recommend and implement targeting, testing, and program enhancements that improve results.

Ensure all inflight engagement activities are integrated smoothly into flight attendant workflows without disrupting the operation.

Build and maintain strong relationships with Inflight leaders and Bank of America partners, fostering open communication to surface and resolve issues quickly.

Lead, coach, or influence a cross‑functional team (including project specialists, inflight ambassadors, or vendor field staff) to ensure consistent execution of engagement programs.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, bank partners, and leadership to align acquisition goals, develop program strategies, and justify ROI for investments in engagement campaigns.

Model a participatory and team‑oriented leadership style, while still effecting change.

Work with direct/indirect to maintain a culture of continuous improvement.

Promote a high performance culture by cultivating and motivating direct/indirect reports through coaching, mentoring, and by providing regular and meaningful feedback.

Identify and provide career development opportunities through developmental assignments and formal/informal training.

Plan and execute regular events to increase awareness of new promotions, special incentives, and new credit card offers.

Job‑Specific Experience, Education & Skills

5 years of experience in program management, marketing, or related experience.

2 years of leadership experience.

Bachelor’s degree, or an additional two years of relevant training/experience in lieu of this degree.

Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and listening).

Ability to address people courageously, directly, and candidly.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Outstanding interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation skills.

The ability to work varied shifts and additional hours to meet operational needs.

The ability to travel up to 20%.

Minimum age of 18.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred

Alaska Airlines Inflight experience.

Strong knowledge of and experience promoting the Atmos Rewards Visa card program or similar product.

Salary Range $117,850 – $176,800 / year
