Facility Coordinator Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $18.00/hr

Overview This position acts as a team lead for part-time building assistants, directly reporting to the Facility Supervisor. Works with the Facility Supervisor to schedule building staff, communicate with staff, coordinate building responsibilities, manage events and program set-up and tear-down, assist custodial and maintenance staff in janitorial tasks, provide customer service, enforce facility rules, maintain reports, attend training, and assist tours and other tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

Schedule building staff based on facility schedules.

Coordinate with building staff to perform building responsibilities.

Manage timely event and program set-up and tear-down.

Assist custodial and maintenance staff with basic janitorial and general maintenance tasks.

Provide excellent customer service including directing and assisting patrons.

Enforce facility rules.

Maintain accurate reports and submit work orders to maintenance staff.

Attend mandatory staff training.

Assist with tours, cleaning, and other facility tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Lifting capacity of 50 lbs.
