Job Summary We are looking for a Bore Foreman to join our growing team. The Bore Foreman will operate drilling equipment and locate the predetermined path to the exit point, requiring experience in the telecommunications construction industry.
Job Responsibilities
Operate drilling equipment and other construction equipment used on the jobsite to complete daily work assignments.
Drill and/or locate the predetermined path to the exit point.
Assist in supporting drilling operations.
Perform duties in standard and high‑risk areas.
Safely and successfully perform duties all year round.
Perform physical tasks required to successfully complete day‑to‑day operations.
Travel overnight to various sites as requested.
Required Skills
Valid Driver’s License (unrestricted).
Pass pre‑employment drug test and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
At least 1 year of recent experience in drilling/locating.
General knowledge of construction practices and equipment.
Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to interact with crew, leadership, and clients.
Ability to function effectively as an integral part of a team.
Ability to work outdoors in inclement weather.
Desired: CDL preferred or willing to obtain one.
Desired: OSHA certification.
Qualifications
CDL preferred, or willing to obtain one.
OSHA certified.
