Responsibilities
Lead a construction site team with multiple subcontractors.
Implement and monitor safety guidelines as a top priority for the team.
Provide learning opportunities and professional development for the team.
Effectively manage a schedule and track team performance.
Collaborate with all levels of the organization to achieve business goals.
Leverage new technologies and innovations in installation processes.
Qualifications
2+ years of relevant construction experience.
Supervisory experience, ideally leading a union‑represented workforce.
Knowledge of code requirements and building systems.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

The hiring range for this role is: Costa Mesa, CA: $121,000 – $166,300 Las Vegas, NV: $112,500 – $154,600
