Program Planner to support the Long Range Hypersonic Weapon System (LRHW) Program. Based out of Huntsville, AL, you will support execution across multiple sites and other SMD programs. For your assigned component, you will interface with Engineering, Business Operations, and Program Management and brief senior management. You will be responsible for developing a compliant Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) reflecting the contractual scope and resources to execute the program. Responsibilities
Support development and maintenance of the program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) ensuring integration between the IMS and the Integrated Master Plan (IMP). Maintain schedule integration between the IMS and the Program Summary Master Schedule and supplemental schedules. Perform critical path and schedule risk analyses. Provide planning support to Production Operations and Master Program Scheduler as part of monthly management rhythms. Ensure schedule accuracy. Perform schedule integrity checks. Generate and deliver IMS reports and metrics. Present schedule-related information to internal and external customers. Ensure compliance with LM Corporate Program Performance Management and Program Planning policies and practices. Our level 2 employees typically have 1+ year of professional, job-relevant experience. Qualifications
Active Secret security clearance 3+ years of experience in planning or program management related discipline Exposure to Network scheduling tools (MS Project, Open Plan, Primavera, etc) Critical Path Scheduling methodology Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and maintenance Integrated Master Plan (IMP) knowledge Production / Sustainment / Depot Operations Earned Value Management Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) Development Advanced Excel skill set including macros, lookup tables and VBA Exposure to Schedule Risk Assessment process/tools Ability to communicate utilizing different techniques and build strong relationships Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Other Information
