Our residential staff are part of a collaborative multi‑disciplinary team and provide a supportive environment, utilizing evidence‑based interventions so that patients can gain the skills for lasting change.
Lead Recovery Support Professional
– a full‑time position that works with patients as they embark on their journey to live a life free of substance use. Pay starts at $19.85 per hour, with eligibility for evening, overnight, and weekend shift differentials. This is a second shift role.
Responsibilities
Supervise patients in all residential activities, such as meal time, school programming, free time, family recreation, essential day‑to‑day safety, phone calls, etc.
Assist the supervisor in training all Recovery Support Professionals (RSP).
Ensure group programming is professional and supervised.
Document incident reports, accident reports, CNP meal counts, TB documentation, and daily logs.
Model appropriate interaction with staff members and patients, leading the RSP team by example.
Act as a backup for staff illness, vacations, or when coverage is not available, and assist with on‑call responsibilities.
Coordinate medication control procedures and schedule exams for patients. Monitor all drug‑screen procedures within the assigned program.
Coordinate the patient transportation program and monitor patient bedrooms, lounges, and laundry rooms for cleanliness, safety, and compliance with licensure standards. Communicate all facility and vehicle maintenance needs with the Director of Facility Operations.
Salary and Benefits ASAC offers a competitive compensation package with a starting pay of $19.85 per hour and eligibility for evening, overnight, and weekend shift differentials. Requirements This candidate must have a high school diploma/GED and experience in a human services field or residential setting, with experience as a manager or shift leader. A valid driver’s license and the ability to pass an extensive background check are required.
