Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness in manufacturing.
Manage all aspects of procurement, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and vendor relationship management.
Oversee inventory planning and control to minimize holding costs while ensuring material availability for production.
Direct inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing, and transportation operations.
Collaborate with production planning and operations to ensure seamless material flow and on-time delivery.
Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including supplier reliability, lead times, and geopolitical factors.
Recommended Qualifications
5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced planning tools.
Demonstrated expertise in inventory management, logistics, and supplier relationship management.
Proven ability to drive process improvements and cost-reduction initiatives.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean/Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Proficiency with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Experience implementing or optimizing Supply Chain Planning (SCP) software solutions
Knowledge of sustainable supply chain practices and ESG reporting
