What Does a Team Member Do?
Serve our sizzling burgers to hungry customers
Welcome the customer, take accurate orders and manage their payments while operating a cash register
Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, dining area, and kitchen to meet safety and health standards
Package food and drinks and keep the restaurant clean, ensuring health and safety standards are maintained
Answer questions or resolve issues as necessary to keep customers happy
Requirements
You must be at least 16 years old
You must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment with your team
Physical Demands
Remain on your feet for several hours at a time
Lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds
Manual dexterity for pressing and grabbing items
Ability to communicate and read
Frequent bending, kneeling, stooping, and reaching
