Description and Requirements
As a Retail Specialist at Premium, you will ensure Premium’s client brands stand out at Walmart stores by driving product availability and executing merchandising activities to connect customers with the brands they love.

What will you do?
Locate merchandise in the backroom and place products on the floor.
Stock and pack out products to ensure shoppers find what they need.
Front‑face products for optimal shelf appearance.
Receive and deliver marketing and promotional materials to the store.
Install and place promotional materials as instructed.
Build displays to showcase client products as needed.
Answer step‑by‑step questions via Premium's field technology on your mobile device.
Take photos of completed work.
Represent Premium and its clients in assigned Walmart store(s).
Partner with Walmart store management and associates to get the job done.
Collaborate with your direct manager via email, phone, and text.
How will you succeed?
Own your store(s) and become the go‑to Premium resource through relationship building.
Work independently while being an extension of the Walmart family.
Communicate effectively with store associates, managers, and Premium team members.
Leverage national support and share best practices through closed social media groups and other communication channels.
Contact Premium's Operations Support Center for help with challenges.
Complete work within the provided timeframe.
Follow detailed instructions closely.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Report work the same day you complete it.

Reliable transportation to multiple retail locations.
A smartphone with data and internet access to report and upload photos.
