Role Description :
We are seeking an experienced
Centralized Estimator
to support our growing restoration operations. This role is responsible for producing accurate
Mitigation (MIT)
and
Structural Repair (STR)
estimates while serving as the critical link between field teams, insurance carriers, and internal project management.
This is a high-impact position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the full life cycle of restoration estimating—from documentation review to carrier approval and job production handoff.
Requirements
What You’ll Do
Create and manage
MIT & STR estimates
using Xactimate and Symbility
Submit estimates and supplements to carriers and drive approvals
Communicate and negotiate directly with adjusters
Ensure all files are complete, compliant, and production-ready
Coordinate with field teams to resolve documentation gaps
Support smooth transition of approved jobs into production
What We’re Looking For
Strong Xactimate & Symbility proficiency
Excellent documentation and organizational skills
Ability to manage high-volume caseloads
Comfortable working in a centralized, remote/office environment
