Program Manager, C-UAS – Full time, located in Tampa, FL. The position requires an active TS/SCI clearance and involves overseeing a UAS program for SOCOM, managing financial, operational, and strategic goals.

Responsibilities

Provide daily cost, schedule, and performance reporting to support technical and programmatic missions.

Utilize project management methodologies and tools to track progress and mitigate risks.

Lead a cross‑functional team including UAS SMEs, COCOM Operators, Intelligence analysts, and program management office staff.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications Required:

Active TS/SCI clearance.

BS/BA degree with a minimum of ten (10) years of DoD‑related program management with the U.S. military and/or other government agencies.

Proven track record of managing large‑scale projects and achieving significant revenue and profit targets.

Knowledge and experience with SOCOM mission and/or C‑UAS capabilities.

Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management.

Desired:

MA/MS in an applicable degree field.

10+ years of experience conducting progressive technical and management work involving design, analysis, and implementation of commercial state‑of‑the‑art communications network systems and subsystems.

PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification preferred.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Capacity to integrate technology, resources, and mission capabilities for new opportunities within the program.

Pay Range The proposed salary range for this position is: $108,900 – $239,500.
