Job Responsibilities
Provide administrative and project support, including scheduling and documentation
Collaborate with clients and team members to develop creative gifting and engagement solutions
Prepare proposals and presentations for client review
Manage vendor coordination, including order processing and maintaining supplier relationships
Stay informed on industry trends to propose impactful gifting enhancements
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of buyer experience, preferably in corporate luxury gifting
Professional knowledge in the luxury gift market and merchandising
Experience in client and vendor relationships
Demonstrated project management skills with a successful track record
Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to travel as needed for client engagements
