We are seeking a Data Compliance & Support Specialist to ensure adherence to GDPR and health data regulations for Bluetooth-connected medical devices. This role combines compliance expertise with light product and customer support responsibilities, helping maintain trust and security for our users across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations.
Manage and safeguard sensitive health-related data in line with industry standards.
Provide remote support for device-related inquiries, acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams.
Collaborate with global stakeholders to align compliance and support processes.
Maintain accurate documentation and respond promptly to compliance-related queries.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in data compliance, preferably with exposure to health data.
Familiarity with GDPR and best practices for handling sensitive information.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
Strong communication skills in English (Polish language proficiency is a plus).
Basic understanding of product or customer support processes.
Preferred Attributes
Experience supporting connected devices or similar technology.
Knowledge of medical information (MI) or device-related compliance frameworks.
