Sales experience in an Automotive Manufacturing environment This role is responsible for leading purchasing and sales operations, ensuring cost efficiency, supplier collaboration, and alignment with corporate objectives. This role oversees budgeting, supplier relationships, and cross-functional initiatives from design through launch to maintain competitiveness, compliance, and profitability across all programs. Responsibilities
Oversee purchasing and sales functions, including staffing, budgeting, and KPI performance. Lead supplier sourcing, negotiation, and contract management to ensure cost, quality, and delivery objectives are met. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on APQP and engineering processes to support product development and launch. Analyze cost structures, supply chain performance, and market trends to identify improvement and savings opportunities. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers, supporting long‑term strategic partnerships.
