Position Summary
The Sr. Agile Delivery Lead/Program Manager role will be responsible for consolidating and leading the Account Opening & Activations Program, a large‑scale, cross‑functional initiative. The role delivers programs and projects on time, on budget, using the Change Framework, integrates program/project health routines with stakeholders, reduces reporting redundancy, drives scope and prioritization, and creates consistent execution artifacts. Responsibilities
Lead corporate change initiatives with significant business impact. Demonstrate strong financial acumen. Manage staff and budget as required. Serve as the primary contact for department managers on critical change initiatives. Communicate, influence, and negotiate to secure necessary resources. Analyze present state, develop future‑state approaches, and facilitate implementation. Create clear, coherent program setups, execution, and controls. Define responsibilities and accountabilities for key program/project roles. Integrate end‑to‑end business process knowledge into planning and decision‑making. Develop, maintain, and report on an integrated delivery plan. Manage small to mid‑size teams. Required Skills
Agile Scrum Master Agile tools (Jira) Executive‑level written and verbal communication Player/coach approach Lead daily Agile sprints Mentor Scrum Masters & RTEs Detail‑oriented quality focus Comfortable working under defined timelines in a fast‑paced environment Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook) Program/project management following Agile methodology Executive presence 7+ years program/change management experience with process improvement Experience as an Agile Coach (nice to have) Excellent prioritization and deadline‑management skills Business‑centric mindset with sound judgment Desired Skills

Hourly rate: $70.00/hr.
