Key Responsibilities

Drive cost-reduction initiatives, SKU simplification, and component standardization.
Strategic Sourcing
Build and maintain a reliable and diversified supplier base.
Manage sourcing strategies focused on cost, quality, risk, and service.
Lead contract negotiations, supplier reviews, and implementation of vendor programs.
Planning & Cross-Functional Alignment
Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and other departments to align demand and supply.
Supervise and develop the purchasing and materials team, promoting accountability and urgency.
Implement best practices in warehouse operations, replenishment processes, and inventory accuracy.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
5+ years of experience in materials planning or purchasing.
Experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Fully bilingual (English / Spanish).
Proficiency in MRP systems and Microsoft Office.
