Operations Manager, DashMart – DoorDash About the Team

DashMart is part of the New Verticals division with DoorDash and is a local-fulfillment center owned and operated by DoorDash, offering customers fast, reliable, and high quality delivery. About the Role

We’re looking for a people-focused leader and experienced operations specialist to lead some of our new DashMart facilities. Responsibilities

Lead, recruit, coach and retain a high-performing team of Site Managers (4+ direct reports), Assistant Site Managers, Supervisors, and Operations Associates (30+ indirect reports). As a leader, you are a culture carrier. The tone starts with you. Own: From first principles, oversee day‑to‑day operations of 3-6 DashMart locations, ensuring all site processes run smoothly, efficiently and safely. Drive Site Profitability. Review site P&Ls, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective action plans to achieve goals. Strategize: design, build and execute process improvement projects to drive operational efficiencies and employee experience. Support Growth Initiatives and contribute to market expansion and scaling efforts by ensuring sites are prepared for increased demand and operational complexity. Delight customers: Work cross‑functionally with central teams to ensure your site offers customers the best experience on each and every order and provide your team with the tools, resources and support needed to achieve these goals. Qualifications

Solves problems from first principles and resists “this is how it’s always been done” thinking. Avoids being averse to ambiguity – thrives in ambiguous, startup environments. Analytical – lets data win arguments, with excellent Excel and data analysis skills. Relentless – does what it takes to win, no matter what. Proven leader having led and managed teams of 15+ employees. Acts like an owner, supporting a 24/7 business across multiple shifts. Has 3+ years’ experience in Operations, Consulting, Strategy or related field. Bonus Points

Experience starting or scaling a successful startup. Operational experience in logistics and/or fulfillment center/warehousing. Built and trained high performing teams. Benefits
