Base Pay Range

$70,000 – $85,000 per year

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to join a dynamic trial and litigation team in Denver. This role provides critical administrative and legal support to attorneys, helping manage cases efficiently and ensuring deadlines are met. You will work in a hybrid setting with a mix of in‑office and remote work.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal and administrative support to attorneys

Draft, proofread, and finalize complex legal documents, pleadings, letters, and emails

File documents with state and federal courts, including electronic filing systems

Maintain calendars for hearings, deadlines, depositions, and meetings

Assist with trial preparation and case file organization

Support travel arrangements and monthly expense reporting for attorneys

Handle billing, correspondence, and client reporting

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 5 years of experience as a litigation/trial legal assistant or secretary

Strong knowledge of legal procedures and court filing requirements (state and federal)

Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and legal document management systems (e.g., FileSite or iManage)

Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

Ability to work independently and anticipate team needs
