Crossroads Chevrolet is seeking an experienced, high‑drive
Service Manager
to lead our growing Fixed Operations team. We are looking for a proven professional with strong leadership skills, exceptional work ethic, and the ability to elevate both performance and customer experience.
Position Overview The Service Manager will oversee all aspects of the service department, including
service advisors, technicians, and the service BDC . This leader will be accountable for maximizing department productivity, profitability, and operational efficiency while maintaining an outstanding customer satisfaction standard.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, train, and develop service advisors, technicians, and BDC personnel.
Drive service department performance to achieve revenue, CSI, and productivity goals.
Manage daily operations, including workflow, scheduling, repair quality, and process adherence.
Implement and monitor department processes to ensure efficiency and profitability.
Maintain a strong customer‑focused culture with quick resolution to escalated concerns.
Collaborate with parts, sales, and upper management to improve communication and departmental alignment.
Monitor financial statements, productivity reports, and key operational metrics.
Qualifications
Prior experience as an automotive Service Manager Assistant Service Manager required.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountable.
Proven success in achieving performance targets within a dealership environment.
Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and customer service abilities.
Knowledge of dealership service operations, warranty processes, and industry best practices.
