Job Overview The Associate Project Manager is responsible for coordinating packaging artwork projects in compliance with product, marketing, regulatory, and operational requirements. This role is hybrid remote with 60% monthly in‑office presence in Mount Prospect, Illinois (3 days per week).
Responsibilities
Collect and consolidate required artwork contents per requirements
Facilitate creation of artwork with external agencies & internal stakeholders
Maintain art files (filing for records & processing in master database)
Track projects, timelines, and associated costs
Support Operations (product setup tracking, Bill of Materials entries in master database, manual upload in marketing database, product safety review follow‑up) for transition topics
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required
Previous work experience in design or graphic design required
Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (CS) required
Experience with project management and working as part of a cross‑functional team required
Understanding of pre‑press, printing processes, and operations required
Compensation & Benefits U.S. base salary range: $95,000 to $110,000.
