A family owned HVAC company is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HVAC Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations, excellent client communication, and efficient scheduling. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding service.
Responsibilities
Communicate with clients via phone and email, providing prompt and professional assistance. Schedule HVAC installations, remediations, and services, coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure timely completion. Book jobs in ServiceTitan, ensuring all details and instructions for jobs are accurate and complete. Request purchase orders (POs) and ensure proper documentation for all services. Work with the warehouse team to provide equipment and ensure timely delivery for scheduled jobs. Ensuring all jobs are added to our in-house tracking board (Monday.com). Experience
3+ years of dispatching experience. HVAC industry experience is preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Strong problem-solving and communication abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Works well under pressure Experience with ServiceTitan and Monday.com a plus! Benefits
