We are looking for a Regional Operations Manager based out of our Western WA branch office in Tacoma, WA.

What you’ll be doing

Drive your region’s success in growing net profit, maintaining strong margins, and growing sales by embracing the Burkhart Value Proposition, with a focus on the regional branch operations and service.

Develop and execute strategies that build sales, profitability, and a competitive advantage in marketplaces.

Coach, develop, set goals, and hold associates accountable to build a cohesive, high‑performing regional Service, Operations, and Support team.

Ensure regional financial health and profitability focusing on service productivity, net profit, and revenue.

Ensure an exceptional client experience by motivating associates to maintain technical proficiency, customer service skills, and productivity rates.

Coaching associates on how to communicate the Burkhart story to prospective clients.

Manage the service department’s administrative requirements.

Collaborate with sales leadership to align on key projects.

Lead direct reports, manage for optimal performance, support career growth, and nurture engagement with Burkhart’s cultural values.

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.

5 years of operations experience, preferably in a technical, field service environment.

Ability to travel by car and airplane to client offices, meetings, trainings, and events as assigned. Out of town travel of up to 50% may be required, depending on territory.

Valid driver’s license with a good driving record; must be insurable at all times.

Preferred Additional Education And/or Experience

Experience with dental or medical equipment service, supplies, and sales organization.

Vocational training in mechanics, electronics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and/or military technical training.

Leadership/supervisor experience with demonstrated success in leading and coaching a team.

Salary Info The starting salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000.
