We are looking for a purpose‑driven Shift Leader / Team Captain to become an ultimate ambassador of our brand, assisting guests with fitness and nutrition goals and providing guidance to team members when General Managers are not in the store.
Responsibilities
Blend delicious tasting smoothies.
Ensure guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
Greets and engages the guest to provide a friendly experience.
Properly prep all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
Perform opening and/or closing duties.
Perform store checklist tasks.
Show up on time and ready to work.
Live and promote the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King.
Assist in team member management throughout shift.
Fulfill cash handling, inventory, and open/closing store assignments.
Qualifications
Ability to connect and communicate with guests, team members, with a “guest comes first” attitude.
Minimum age: 16 years of age or older.
Experience in a fast‑food environment preferred, but not necessary.
