Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of end-to-end consumer experience (CX) research strategies with partners such as Qualtrics, NRC Health and MDRG.
Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to uncover insights, pain points and trends across the patient journey.
Track CX KPIs, recommend improvements and create actionable learning agendas and optimization strategies.
Collaborate with Patient Experience and Marketing to integrate patient and prospect feedback from surveys, ratings, reviews, social listening, calls, and web submissions.
Translate complex datasets into compelling visualizations and clear recommendations for leadership and business partners.
Maintain data quality and accuracy in all CX research and analysis.
Partner with research partners, lead relationships, and manage the marketing research budget.
Foster a culture of consumer‑centricity and continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
Qualifications
Quantitative research and statistical analysis experience.
Proficiency in developing research strategies, crafting surveys, determining sampling requirements, and measuring statistical significance.
Ability to track multiple KPIs, monitor trends, uncover early warning indicators and investigate potential root causes.
Strong data visualization skills, including PowerBI, Excel, PowerPoint and Lucid.
Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics or another quantitative field preferred.
4+ years of consumer insights, VOC or marketing analytics experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Consumer‑centric mindset with passion for driving decisions that improve patient satisfaction and loyalty.
Deadline‑oriented, organized and capable of driving multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Healthcare experience preferred.
