Showroom Logistics Rep

to support our CPA by STARK showroom in Denver, CO. This role is essential to maintaining smooth showroom operations and delivering outstanding client support.
Job Responsibilities Showroom & Merchandising Support
Visual Merchandising: Maintain and rotate showroom displays, including hanging rugs, displaying sample blankets, and updating products every two weeks.
Client Presentation: Assist Account Managers by flipping rugs in piles and presenting full‑size rugs and samples to clients.
Showroom Maintenance: Perform daily upkeep—vacuuming, floor cleaning, display upkeep, windows, and emptying trash.
Inventory & Sample Management
Receiving & Processing: Receive, identify, and tag incoming shipments, photograph and process new inventory, reporting damages or soiling.
System Utilization: Learn and use the AS 4000 system to update inventory, troubleshoot rug histories/locations, and scan outgoing samples.
Sample Logistics: Organize, replenish, and distribute sample returns; order cuttings and assist with incoming sample requests.
Inventory Control: Assist Inventory Manager in performing physical rug and sample inventories as needed.
Logistics & Delivery
Shipping: Pull, prepare, and ship rugs and samples via UPS, FedEx, DHL, and common carriers for domestic and international destinations.
Product Transfers: Memo rugs to clients and arrange transfers to other showrooms.
Client Deliveries: Deliver rugs and carpets to client homes or businesses with a professional and courteous demeanor.
Installation Support: Carefully move furniture to facilitate installations, taking precautions to prevent damage.
Package Distribution: Distribute incoming daily packages to employees.
Job Requirements
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Pleasant demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, articulate communication.
Professional demeanor and positive representation of the company in client settings.
Clear, accurate communication with coworkers.
Interest in the design industry is a plus.
Physical Demands
Must lift and move over 75‑100 lbs regularly.
Comfortable with physical labor, including carpet installation and furniture moving.
Must lift and flip rug piles.
