About the Role Bohler’s Mount Laurel, NJ office is seeking a Branch Manager (Land Development) to lead operations, elevate client partnerships, and drive continued growth throughout South Jersey and the Greater Philadelphia region. Our team delivers impactful land development and civil engineering projects, supporting the expansion of residential, commercial, and mixed‑use developments. You’ll set the tone for operational excellence and empower your team to innovate and deliver results that strengthen Bohler’s regional presence.
You’ll align operations, staff development, and client service to advance both branch and regional goals, building on a strong foundation of collaboration and technical excellence.
What You’ll Do
Design and execute branch‑level growth strategies in partnership with Regional and Firm Leadership.
Lead, mentor, and develop senior and mid‑level team members, cultivating future leaders for Bohler.
Oversee quality assurance practices and operational workflows to ensure consistent, high‑impact project delivery.
Drive business development, strengthen client relationships, and expand the firm’s presence in the local market.
Manage branch financial performance, operations, and resource planning.
Foster an inclusive, results‑driven culture rooted in The Bohler Way.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Surveying, or related field (or equivalent experience).
15+ years of land development and permitting experience across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Professional licensure (PE, LSA, or PLS) preferred.
Strong business and financial acumen, with a demonstrated track record of leading teams and achieving key performance metrics.
Proven client development expertise and local industry connections.
Excellent communication, mentorship, and organizational leadership skills.

Pay Transparency Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience. The base pay range for this role is $150,000 – $195,000 per year.
