Inventory Analyst

Insight Global is looking for an Inventory Analyst to work on site in Austin, TX and support the strategy and introduction of products based on unique and highly differentiated capabilities of a foundry for semiconductor microsystems and defense electronics companies. Their mission is to advance the state‑of‑the‑art in critical semiconductor domains such as advanced packaging, and in the process to help restore U.S. leadership in semiconductor manufacturing. They are developing cutting‑edge semiconductor manufacturing technology that will define future roadmaps of semiconductor devices including logic, memory, 3D packaged devices, including thermal management, etc. We’re seeking a data‑driven Inventory Analyst to build high‑impact dashboards and own inventory control for a fast‑moving semiconductor manufacturing environment. You’ll translate complex WIP movements, wafer starts, and yield impacts into clear, actionable insights that improve availability, reduce obsolescence, and support NPI ramps. The ideal candidate combines hands‑on ERP/MES/WMS experience with strong business intelligence skills (Power BI/Tableau/SQL) to automate reporting and drive continuous improvement across planning, procurement, manufacturing, and finance. Requirements 3+ years in inventory analysis/control within semiconductor or high‑volume electronics manufacturing Proven experience building production‑grade dashboards (Power BI or Tableau) and advanced in Excel (Power Query, pivots) Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills; able to translate operational data into executive‑ready insights Strong knowledge of Smartsheet Able to lift 25 pounds Military experience Leadership experience
