Responsibilities
Take and process customer orders via phone, mail, and through sales personnel.
Execute requests for quotation from customers and prospects according to the Regional Manager's guidelines.
Handle effectively the expediting of customer and inventory orders.
Provide total customer satisfaction by promptly and efficiently reacting to customer requirements within established company guidelines.
Negotiate freight rates and tariffs, route traffic, trace shipments, obtain proof of delivery, and file freight claims.
Analyze, administer, and order inventory for the regional location.
Administer the regional rental fleet.
Process customer returns and requests for credit, and assist in resolving credit problems.
Maintain prompt communication with customers and company personnel.
Contact outside vendors for services, price, delivery, and request issuance of purchase orders.
Order general and shipping supplies, and administer and analyze daily cycle counting.
Assist in training regional operations personnel.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
1–2 years of front office experience.
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Details The base pay range for this position in Colorado is $19–$21 per hour. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign‑on payment may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
