Responsibilities As a Shift Manager, you will help operate the restaurant on a day-to-day basis, ensuring every shift runs smoothly. You’ll support the management team, manage team performance, provide training initiatives, and maintain exceptional customer service to keep customers returning.
Qualifications
Have at least six months of restaurant or retail management experience.
Have impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service.
At least 18 years of age.
