As a
Wild Fork Team Member , your focus is to deliver a memorable experience to all of our guests. You will be trained to be a personal chef and friendly butcher, providing the highest level of product knowledge to recommend their favorite dish or protein. In addition, you will ensure proper inventory control to maximize product freshness and availability, replenish low stock items, pick and pack online orders, and deliver a friendly checkout experience.

Position Overview
Type: Full-time
Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour + Bonus Potential
Benefits: Free Product, Birthday PTO, Health Benefits
Schedule: 8 Hours Rotating Shifts – Morning, Evening & Weekends
Essential Tasks and Responsibilities
Be a Brand Ambassador – enthusiastic and passionate about our quality products, educate the consumer on what WFF stands for
Become a product and culinary expert through training, providing recipes and cooking tips for our protein
Provide a butcher-friendly shopping experience by personalizing every step of the way
Assist customers during checkout to deliver an unforgettable experience
Perform stocking duties such as lifting up to 50 lb, rotating products, ordering, dusting, and maintaining cleanliness
Oversee daily price changes and manage cash register as required
Process customer e‑commerce orders and ensure timely product hand‑out for deliveries
Work in an extremely cold environment – pulling racks, processing shipments, performing inventory in the walk‑in freezer
Perform other related duties as needed
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Physically able to exert up to 50 pounds of force
Occasional exposure to extreme temperatures – walk-in freezers
Stand/walk for up to 8–10 hours
Frequent movement throughout the store to access various departments and products

Qualifications
High school degree or GED preferred but not required
One year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant (required)
Work with integrity as a team toward a shared vision
Demonstrate determination and deliver superior results with urgency, time management, and prioritization
Take ownership and responsibility for success
Respect and value other opinions
Strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Show dependability and commitment
Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division
Ability to meet seasonal peaks, workloads, and deadlines
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
