Job Description The Assistant Manager is a multi‑faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Assistant Managers drive sales results, analyze business, provide best‑in‑class customer service, oversee daily store operations, manage opening and closing routines, improve efficiency in all store processes, develop floorset updates and styling recommendations, maintain product knowledge, and lead talent development from recruiting to training, engagement, and advancement. Our promotion‑from‑within philosophy gives Assistant Managers the opportunity to grow into future leaders of the store organization.
