Qualifications
Completion of a project with a value greater than $10M as PM of record.
Active PMP or ACP certification from PMI with documented risk‑management experience.
Successful completion of a Category 1 or 2 Commonwealth of Virginia project of $5M or more, or a non‑COV project >$10M.
Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field or equivalent experience.
Familiarity with the Commonwealth Technology Portfolio is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent client‑facing and internal communication skills, written and verbal.
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of the Statewide Voter Registration System (SVRS), a high‑risk, high‑visibility project.
Work daily with stakeholders, project team members, and ELECT staff, including virtual and in‑person meetings.
Manage project performance metrics and record data in CTP.
Adhere to the requirements of the Commonwealth Project Management Standard.
Coordinate the SVRS project calendar and conduct briefings on project status to internal and external audiences, including the Interagency Oversight Committee.
Oversee project deliverables, timelines, risks, and issue resolution in a fast‑paced environment.
Collaborate with members of the ELECT SVRS project team.
