Relief Sales Manager – Greater Des Moines, IA Hiring Immediately

Job Overview The Relief Sales Manager is responsible for up-selling and fulfillment/replenishment, focusing on execution and merchandising. This role will drive retention and penetration of large format customers across geography, while handling on‑premise accounts and supporting Keurig Dr Pepper brands such as 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai and other fan favorites in the assigned territory.

Shift and Schedule

Full‑time

6:30 am until work is finished

Monday – Friday

Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed

Position Responsibilities

Sell Keurig Dr Pepper brands to maximize growth and obtain volume objectives by providing a seamless experience to customers in the absence of an Account Manager.

Contact key personnel in assigned accounts pre‑selling products, promotions, displays, point‑of‑sale material and beverage section revamps.

Develop and implement beverage shelf re‑allocations designed to maximize sales of Keurig Dr Pepper brands.

Participate in the installation of revamped beverage sections, displays and placement of point‑of‑sale material according to company merchandising standards.

Stock and merchandise Keurig Dr Pepper brands in the allocated beverage section, including racks and secondary displays.

Assist in the sale, placement and changing of vendors in chain store accounts; check regularly for proper mechanical operation, cleanliness, selection and product availability.

Maintain accurate sales records for all assigned accounts, including special reports on promotional activity, competitive sales and space allocations.

Maintain adequate back stock in each account to ensure product availability for in‑store stocking and merchandising.

Total Rewards

Pay starting at $24.04 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $25.36 per hour in the quarter after the 6‑month anniversary.

Requirements

1 year of customer service experience in a retail environment or a sales position with accountability for sales targets/up‑selling.

Ability to lift, push and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly.

Possession of a valid driver’s license.

Proof of vehicle insurance.

Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.
