The Rebranding Project Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. They will be responsible for planning, scheduling, managing budgets and resources, risk management, stakeholder management, and ensuring all projects follow all safety and building regulations. This role will also oversee the rebranding of newly acquired facilities, including brand standards, signage, and physical brand implementation across all properties.

Duties and responsibilities

Manage and coordinate multiple projects to ensure they are completed on time and on budget.

Organize and plan project tasks and schedules.

Manage tasks in accordance with Project Management SROA standards.

Communicate project status to stakeholders and key project participants.

Stay aware of company goals and strategies to ensure projects align with business priorities.

Facilitate and encourage collaboration across departments to ensure projects are completed successfully.

Delegate work to team members based on skills and expertise.

Optimize project deliverables, schedule, and budgeting.

Work with proposal teams to develop cost estimates and project plans.

Create presentations and reports to communicate project status.

Assist in implementing brand standards across newly acquired properties.

Coordinate with design, marketing, and vendors to execute signage and basic branding updates.

Oversee signage procurement, permitting, scheduling, and installation.

Ensure rebranding elements meet SROA guidelines and align with construction timelines.

Conduct site reviews to verify completion of signage and brand-related updates.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience with Project Management, with 3 years in Manager level.

Demonstrable problem-solving project management experience and skills.

A bachelor’s degree in project management, computer science, informational technology, or related fields.

Knowledge of project management methodologies such as DACI and best practices.

Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills.

Strong organizational, time management, and verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Proficiency in project management tools and software, including Trello, Asana, Pivotal Tracker, and Basecamp.

Experience with cloud-based hosting platforms and version control tools

Ability to travel internationally.
