Job Summary Domino’s Pizza is looking for a Customer Service Representative who can handle phone orders, deliver pizzas, and work with a team to meet customer needs. The position offers flexible part‑time scheduling and opportunities for growth in management and franchise ownership.

Responsibilities

Operate all equipment.

Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.

Prepare product.

Receive and process telephone orders.

Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.

Clean equipment and facility daily.

Comprehend and give correct written instructions.

Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.

Perform math and make accurate monetary change.

Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Physical tasks: lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching, and manipulating hand tasks as described below.

Essential Functions/Skills

Accuracy in arithmetic and monetary change.

Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.

Motor coordination, speed, and precision.

Computer proficiency for order entry.

Work Conditions

On‑site weather exposure especially during trash removal.

Temperature range: 36°F to 90°F+.

Exposure to food fumes, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces up to 500°F.

Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler.

Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

Sensory and Temperament Requirements

Talking, hearing, near and mid‑range vision.

Depth perception and ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces.

Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze data, and make judgments.

Qualifications

Must be 16 years of age or older.

Must have 25–30 minutes on the phone; able to work an unpredictable schedule.

Can lift up to 50 pounds, push up to 7.5 pounds, carry 3‑pound cans, 30 pound sauce, and trays weighing approximately 12 pounds.

Can stoop, bend, crouch, and squat for short periods.

Can reach above 72 inches and perform repeated tasks.

Excellent hand‑eye coordination, forearm, wrist strength, and ability to use pizza peel and cutting tools.

Physical Requirements

Standing:

Most tasks performed standing; surfaces from 36″ to 48″ high.

Walking:

Short distances for short durations.

Sitting:

Paperwork normally completed at a desk or table.

Lifting:

Bulk product deliveries up to 50 lbs; lift from floor to shelves up to 72 inches.

Carrying:

Large cans (3 lb 7 oz), pizza sauce (30 lb), trays (~12 lb per tray).

Pushing/Pulling:

Trays on dollies (up to 7.5 lb force).

Climbing:

Infrequently navigate stairs or ladder.

Stooping/Bending:

Waist bend at pizza assembly station for 30–45 seconds repeatedly.

Crouching/Squatting:

Occasional to stock shelves and clean low areas.

Reaching:

Continuous up, down, and forward; above 72 inches on occasion.

Hand Tasks:

Continuous use of hands; shaping dough, using peel and cutter, pinch in box assembly; grasp cans, phones, cutter, peel, boxes.

Training Orientation and on‑job training provided.
