Preschool Educational Support Professional
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Franklin, Massachusetts. The Professional will support preschool students in their learning and development by assisting educators in creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include helping with classroom activities, reinforcing instructional goals, assisting with personal care routines as needed, and fostering positive interactions among children. The role involves collaboration with teachers and staff to ensure all children's educational and developmental needs are met. Qualifications
Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, educators, and families. Understanding of child development and experience supporting early childhood learning environments. Ability to assist in implementing instructional plans, monitor students, and provide personalized support. A caring, patient, and compassionate approach to working with preschool-aged children. Experience or training in early childhood education or related fields is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate’s degree or higher in education or a related field is preferred.
