We are currently looking for an Area Supervisor for our Freeport, TX office.

Position Description This position is responsible for leading a team of employees who oversee the terminal’s facilities, operations, and maintenance (O&M) activities to ensure compliance with DOT 192, DOT 195, EPA/DEQ, OSHA regulations, and inter‑company and industry‑related policies and procedures. Responsibilities include managing and ensuring the safe movement of product in and out of the terminal, serving as the primary customer contact, continuously monitoring equipment, and overseeing maintenance as needed. The role also includes identifying and reporting abnormal or safety‑related operating conditions, submitting accident and near‑miss reports, and supporting emergency response activities. Additionally, the position is accountable for regulatory compliance and operational procedures related to enforcement agencies as they apply to the facility’s equipment and appurtenances. The successful candidate will be required to complete Core Blocks in Safety, Environmental, and Company policies and procedures.

Required Skills, Knowledge, And Experience

3 years of experience on pipeline/terminal operating systems

DOT 192 and DOT 195 knowledge and experience in compliance

Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of personnel

Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills and ability for prioritizing and scheduling multiple projects

Experience with Microsoft programs

Ability to read, comprehend, and follow Company procedures and manufacturer guidelines

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to operate an all‑terrain vehicle

Strong commitment to personal and team safety

High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Skills, Knowledge, And Experience

5 years of experience on pipeline/terminal operating systems

5 years of electrical & instrumentation experience

5 years of pump maintenance experience

Associate Degree or Certificate of Completion in Electrical or Electronics Technology from an institution accredited by one of the National Regional Accrediting Bodies

Required Education

High School Diploma

Preferred Education

Associate Degree in related field
