Principal Technical Recruiter and Executive Search Consultant – What's Your Recruiting Project? 1st Shift (Sunday–Thursday, 6AM–4:30 PM) $85-90k + 5% target bonus

Requirements:
Able to work Sunday–Thursday, 6AM–4:30 PM or Sunday–Thursday, 10:30 PM–7:30 AM
Strong experience maintaining and repairing industrial processing equipment
Supervisory experience
Strong knowledge of industrial systems, including mix of Electrical wiring/components, Pneumatic systems, Steam and water systems, Hydraulics, Building maintenance
Experience working with 480V / high-voltage systems
Ability to use basic hand tools properly and safely
Experience responding in a time‑sensitive environment with urgency
Ability to obtain and maintain proper licensing needed to legally operate specific plant machines (boiler license, etc.)
Comfortable and able to complete a background check
Significant advancement potential; new plants open approximately every 3 years and one is opening in July

Summary and Responsibilities: This highly visible position requires you to supervise all aspects of the maintenance department, including personnel, machinery repair, preventive maintenance systems, etc. This is not an office job - it is very hands on. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in all phases of industrial plant maintenance in a manufacturing environment and be ready to take full responsibility when the manager is occupied. Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and steam systems a plus. This includes the cleanliness of building maintenance.
Reports to the Maintenance Manager
Oversees 11 mechanics and 6 porters
Maintains the preventive maintenance programs
Aids the maintenance team in performing diagnostic troubleshooting
Monitors quality of repairs
Oversees building and physical plant repair issues
Maintains porter schedule to maximize cleaning effectiveness of plant and machinery
Adheres to safety programs
