As a Shift Leader, you are the captain of our bakery day or night. You understand what it takes to "Own the Night" by predicting the flow of business and leading the team to operate efficiently. Your hands‑on leadership covers baking, suggestive selling, building orders, and interacting with customers, while fostering a productive and fun environment in store.

Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and quality products to all guests during the shift.
Support store leadership by maintaining operations, communicating pertinent information, monitoring production efficiency, holding team members accountable to company standards, and assisting in training and coaching.
Prioritize and delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning while leading the cookie crew team.
Support and work alongside the Cookie Crew.
Maintain a safe, clean working environment for guests and staff and adhere to safe food handling practices.
Manage cash handling and deposits.
Desired Skills and Experience
At least 1 year of experience in a customer‑service focused role.
Experience with Point of Sales systems.
Outstanding communication, time‑management, and people skills.
Outgoing, friendly, patient, and detail focused.
Results‑oriented and able to lead by example.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Legally eligible to work in the United States.
Must be 18 years or older to be employed.
