Position Project Manager Assistant
Overview Play a key role in keeping projects moving forward by supporting Project Managers with coordination, organization, and day‑to‑day operations for complex civil/municipal projects.
Responsibilities Project Coordination & Communication
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and project communications
Serve as a central point of contact for project teams, clients, and stakeholders
Track deadlines and milestones to ensure timely delivery
Administrative & Documentation Support
Manage and maintain project documentation and records
Support logistics for project activities
Assist with compliance tasks and audit preparation
Operational Support
Monitor project progress and help keep teams aligned
Assist with contract management and internal coordination
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary project team members
Light Financial & Invoicing Support
Assist with project budgeting and forecasting
Track project costs and allocations
Serve as the biller in the invoicing cycle
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Who You Are
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. You will be successful if you have:
2+ years of relevant experience
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with project management software and MS Office tools
The ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy
A team-oriented, service-focused approach to supporting project needs
