The Position Fulfillment Associate
Job Type Full-time
Job Location Bolingbrook, IL
Schedules
Tuesday- Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, starting $17.00/hour
Tuesday- Friday, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, starting $17.00/hour
Saturday- Monday, 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM, starting $18.50/hour
Essential Functions
Ensure the accuracy and quality of online customer orders.
Responsibilities may include picking, packing, putaway, replenishment, and wrapping of merchandise as well as the use of hand-operated equipment.
Promote a culture of respect and an atmosphere of teamwork in order to foster a positive working environment.
Operate scanners/computers related to warehouse operations.
Adhere to company safety guidelines to prevent personal injury and product and facility damage.
Qualifications
Move product, supplies and/or boxes repetitively; ability to push, pull, lift a maximum of 50 lbs. based on needs of the role.
Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time, including a 10-12 hour shift.
Must work effectively as a team member.
High school diploma/GED or equivalent preferred.
English language skills (written and verbal).
The Ideal Candidate Has/Is
Great communication and interpersonal abilities.
Excellent organizational skills.
Basic math skills.
Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
